A: There are industry live streaming and business live streaming. Industry live streaming: gathers importers and distributors and provides them with industry news, product information, etc. so that buyers can know more about the overseas imported food market and the trends in the domestic market. Business live streaming: is mainly held by overseas suppliers or distributors to display their credentials, scale of operation, background, and especially products to the interested Chinese importers with emphasis on characteristics, tastes and targeting groups. Suppliers and buyers can have online face-to-face communication to facilitate business cooperation. Corporate display live streaming: is mainly held by suppliers or third-party service providers to display their cooperate image, scale of operation, products categories, service and deliverability. Additionally, deep analysis of product advantages can be provided to raise brand awareness and purchase desire. Corporate display live streaming can also be held by buyers to display their corporate culture, scale of operation and product categories, and make order request and quality request.

A: Silver and gold members will be served by full-time customer service staff in varying degrees, including but not limited to: translation and nationwide spread of trade leads, processing inquiries, conducting online and offline business matching, looking for cooperation opportunities and facilitating high-efficient and precise cooperation. A: The Chinese imported food market is booming! China has a population of 1.4 billion and food is essential to life. With the development of global trade and consumption, healthy and tasty imported food has gradually become a first choice for the Chinese urban consumers. Only in 2015, China imported 55 billion dollars of food from 192 countries. During the ten years from 2006 to 2015, China’s import volume of food increased by 5.3 times, with average growth rate reaching 17.6%. The Chinese imported food market has been developing with unprecedented speed. According to a prediction by the Grocery Manufacturers of America, China will become the biggest food consumer in 2018, with market size reaching 480 billion Yuan. Statistics shows that at least 84% of the Chinese families purchased imported food at least once in the past year. The number was 76% three years ago. In the big four cities – Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu, almost 100% of the families have purchased imported food, and the purchase frequency reaches 15 times per year, which means at least once a month. In 2016, China imported food form 187 countries (regions). The top 10 suppliers are: European Union, ASEAN, America, New Zealand, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Russia, South Korea and Chile, which account for 81.6% of total volume. European Union, ASEAN and America take up 50% of the share.
