Description: our organic extra virgin olive oil Mediterraneò® is obtained from the selection of the best olives coming from all over Calabria.

Harvesting is carried out according to traditional methods. Olives are picked green by expert hands on the small and young trees, and squashed through a squashing machine on the secular and high trees, afterwards they are milled by cold extraction at a maximum temperature of 27° in order to obtain an high quality extra virgin olive oil. The oil obtained presents a yellow colour with green refl ections; it is characterized by low acidity and has a delicate olive taste. This organic extra virgin olive oil is the best dressing for any sort of Mediterranean recipe. It is ideal for salads, to make sauces, to cook fi sh and meat. Thanks to its sweetness, it represents the ideal and healthy dressing for the whole family.
