Over the years, influenced by the hyperlinks of marketing manager Dave Yasuda, top chefs (including those who have actually been "top chefs") have come to rely on Snake River Farm's superior quality. It's also very popular in the barbecue circle, and the champions have found the winning edge of the brand chest. We love to eat - and we love Dave - so we took this opportunity to work on the Snake River Farm catalog. We have worked with the company for multiple seasons on the photography, layout and copy of each catalog. The catalog was published in early summer, just in time for father's day and autumn. Holiday is the biggest selling season of the year for Shehe farm. Since we started working with Snake River Farm, we have been inspired by world-class food magazines such as Saveur and Bon Appetit, rather than other catalogues. A gorgeous marble ribaye is a beautiful thing, but it's more enticing when it spreads as part of a gorgeous summer barbecue photo. To make room for photos and tips, we refined the copy into a delicious description rather than a large number of paragraphs. We also provided photos of customer service representatives at Shehe farm, who are known for helping callers choose the perfect gift. We are proud of the way we have upgraded the brand's product catalog, and we are happy to further improve it in the future. Now, if only we could stop our stomach rumbling.
